Hello!

​

My name is Savannah Hyland and I am a new Birthing Assistant for Sky Valley Midwifery at the Yakima Location. Shortly after graduating high school, I found the love of my life and got married after only 2 months, we are now working on our 12th year. Together we have 3 beautiful children whom we both adore so much.

 

 I have always loved babies since a very young age. I was 8 years old when I got to watch my mother give birth. That memory has stuck with me forever, that was the day I found my dream career! I am currently enrolled in the Registered Nursing Program with Yakima Valley College. I am aiming towards either being a Nurse Midwife, or a Labor & Delivery Nurse. In the mean time I am also a CNA at Multicare Yakima Memorial Hospital on the Med/Surg unit. 

 

A fun fact about me is that I am turning my house into a jungle! I found out shortly before turning 29 that I have a green thumb. I have over 80 plants/trees. I also am obsessed with 1970’s Volkswagen bugs and the Vw busses.
